• Sam Caruso Jr. | Founder

  Sam Caruso, Jr. has over 15 years experience in Business Development, and over 25 years in political campaign management. An M.B.A. since 1999 and small business owner himself since 2001, Sam understands the challenges other business owners face everyday.
  
  Sam has served on the Board of Trustees for Leadership Northshore in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana, Board of Directors for St. Tammany Homestead, President of the Musical Arts Association of Slidell, LA., and served for seven years on the Board of Directors for the East St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce, the 2010 U.S. Chamber of the Year, most recently as the Chairman in 2011, the year the organization achieved 5 Star Accreditation, a feat only 56 of over 7,000 Chambers in the U.S. have achieved.
  
  He has been a Business Development Director, and currently serves as the Acting Executive Director of Slidell Memorial Hospital Foundation.
  
  Sam enjoys playing trumpet, photography and lives in Slidell, LA with his wife and three children.

• LJ Caruso | Development

  Lucas ‘LJ’ Caruso has over 34 years in the wireless telecommunications industry. He served with Tier 2 & Tier 3 Carriers as Vice President of Sales & Marketing Operations. In 1984, Mr. Caruso served as Communication Coordinator for Louisiana World’s Fair. He introduced one of the first all Pre-Paid Markets in the United States. His in-depth experience of wireless retail/indirect distribution, plus his ability to identify opportunities that have increased operations NO, have benefited both CDMA and GSM operators. He attended Louisiana State University.

• Kendra Maness | Creative

  Kendra Maness manages the graphic arts and media buying departments of The Caruso Group. Kendra is a lifelong resident of Slidell. After a successful career in the animal welfare sector, Kendra began her career in the publishing industry. She is editor and publisher of Slidell Magazine, the community magazine covering all of the wonderful people, places and events in the city she lives in and loves.
  
  
  

• Tiffanie Z. Lyon | Sales & Training

  Tiffanie Z. Lyon, MBA is a seasoned public speaker, an author, sales trainer and sales professional.
  
  Her book, “Sales is NOT a Dirty Word: THE Inspirational Selling Guide for Non-traditional Salespeople” has been bought in bulk by organizations nationwide and is chock full of simple, yet powerful sales concepts and practical techniques.  Additionally, Tiffanie’s 12-module Pain-Free Selling system has been tailored and delivered to businesses, as well as in collaboration with Southeastern Louisiana University’s Extended Studies program.
  
  Armed with an advanced business degree and 20+ years of sales and business experience within several business services industries, she practices what she preaches and people are drawn to her motivating demeanor. In addition to teaching college-level courses, Personal Selling and Principles of Management at Delgado Community College, she enthusiastically designs and delivers educational resources, seminars and speeches based on her message… Everybody Sells!
